    I am trying to experience your exercise. Can you please confirm where the groves/grooves? are located. If I place my fingers under my ear lobes, this is just above my lower jaw? Is that right please. I assume we do this both sides.

  2. Wow.. Yes! I definitely noticed a difference!

    When I pay attention to my head on my spine I feel a gracefulness it’s as though I’m gliding along and my whole body is in sinc. When instead I imagine my head on my shoulders I feel bunched up, heavy, awkward.

    The words too does have an effect. But I want to play with this more as I was so shocked by the difference from the first exercise. I’m writing this totally aware of my head on the spine.. Normally if I make an effort to sit straight (I’m a terrible sloucher) my back feels uncomfortable. At this moment while writing this it doesn’t.I feel comfortable. I will try this when I’m sitting in a comfy chair too. Wow! Thank you. Seems so simple yet so profound. No effort needed. Just attention.
